Fall Nuptials for Michelle Olivia (Young)
Smith and Samuel Titus Smith
Deacon and Mrs. Oliver G.C. Young of Philadelphia,
PA are pleased to announce the wedding of their daughter,
the former Miss Michelle Olivia Young, to Mr. Samuel Titus
Smith, son of Elder and Mrs. Samuel L. Smith, of Bridgeport,
CT.
The bride is a graduate of the Philadelphia High School
for Girls. She received both a BS from Villanova University,
and an MBA from Temple University. The former Miss Young
is an Assistant Underwriting Manager and Project Coordinator
at the Navy Mutual Aid Association in Arlington, VA. She
is a member of Refuge Temple COOLJC in Washington DC, and
serves as a Social Missionary, Missionette Assistant, and
Directress of the New Comers' Choir.
The groom is a graduate of Central Magnet High School.
He received a BA in Communication from the University Of
Maryland and is pursuing a MS at The Johns Hopkins University.
Mr. Smith is a Special Education Teacher at Martin Luther
King Academic Center, in Beltsville, MD. He is a member
of Refuge Temple COOLJC, and serves as a musician.
The Happy Couple were wed in a September 2003 at Refuge
Temple Church Of Our Lord Jesus Christ in Washington DC.
They honeymooned in Chantilly and Williamsburg Virginia,
and now reside in Silver Spring, MD.
