To announce an event
In order to facilitate the preview of an event for the event calendar, please
provide the following:
Mandatory Information
1. Name of
sponsoring organization or individual
2. Type of event
3. Date, time and
place of event
4. Name of beneficiary, if any
5. Primary contact's name,
email address and/or telephone number
6. name of submitter
Optional
Information (as applicable)
1. Ticket price(s)
2. Dress code
3.
Type of entertainment
4. Information about the event (one paragraph-four sentences
maximum)
To review an event
For events with pictures
please provide:
1. Pictures (preferably in electronic format). Each picture
must be labeled
with the name and date of the event, the name of the submitter,
and the names of the individuals in the picture from left to right, if possible.
If
an electronic file is not available, please mail pictures to: Debra A. Henry,
